Bookings & confirmation

Please provide your travel date, pick-up and destination, passenger count, luggage and a contact method. For airport transfers, include the flight number and terminal; for a return journey, include both travel dates.

An enquiry or vehicle selection on this website does not reserve a vehicle. The service, availability, price and pick-up arrangements need to be confirmed in writing before the booking is final.

Fares & payment

Airport fares currently displayed are guide prices in Malaysian ringgit (MYR), per vehicle. Final pricing depends on the confirmed route and service. Tolls, parking, waiting time, extra stops, child seats and other extras must be identified as included or separately charged before payment.

We offer the following payment methods: Bank transfer, Stripe, Touch ’n Go, DuitNow QR, Alipay, WeChat Pay or GrabPay. Cash payment to the driver upon arrival at your destination.

Direct checkout is not yet available on this website. Deposit amounts, payment deadlines and the process for confirming a paid booking are being finalised. Do not send card details by WhatsApp or email.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

Send any change or cancellation request to our WhatsApp or email, including the booking reference if available. Changes to dates, routes, passenger numbers or vehicles depend on availability and may change the price; any revised arrangement should be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation notice periods, cancellation charges, no-show rules, refund eligibility and refund processing times are not yet finalised. These policies must be provided before a paid booking is accepted. This draft does not establish a non-refundable deposit or a fixed cancellation fee.

Airport pick-ups & waiting

Check the agreed meeting point and keep your contact number reachable on arrival. Let us know about flight changes, delays or difficulty reaching the meeting point as soon as you can.

The included waiting period, when it starts, extra waiting charges and missed pick-up arrangements are pending confirmation. These details need to be stated for your booking before payment.

Vehicles, passengers & luggage

Fleet galleries include supplied vehicle photos and clearly labelled model reference images. The exact model, seating, luggage capacity and any requested features must be confirmed for the journey. Please include child seats, mobility needs, oversized luggage or other requirements when planning the booking.

If the agreed vehicle becomes unavailable, any proposed alternative and price difference should be explained and agreed before the change. Do not assume that a special request is included until it has been confirmed.

Cross-border & longer journeys

Routes involving Malaysia, Singapore or Thailand depend on the itinerary and the transport arrangements available for that route. Any change of vehicle or driver, border meeting point, additional stop or overnight requirement should be agreed in advance.

Travellers are responsible for checking their own passport, visa and entry requirements. Border queues, traffic and weather can affect journey times; allow appropriate time for flights, meetings and onward travel.

Rental & special services

A chauffeur booking does not automatically include self-drive rental. Where a rental is offered, driver eligibility, licence requirements, deposits, mileage, fuel, insurance coverage and return conditions must be set out in a separate rental agreement before payment.

Wedding, event, corporate, coach and security arrangements may require additional service-specific terms. Vehicle schedules, standby time and the agreed scope should be recorded with the booking.

During your journey

Please follow lawful driver instructions, use the seat belts provided and keep passenger and luggage numbers within the confirmed capacity. Let us know in advance about anything that could affect a safe and comfortable journey.

Check for belongings before leaving the vehicle. Contact us promptly if an item is missing or if there is a service concern, and include enough journey details to help us follow up.

Your rights & these terms

Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any final terms and service-specific conditions should be available before you commit to a booking.
